Securing the Hybrid Workplace with Zero Trust Organisations need a new security model that effectively adapts to the complexity of the modern work environment to best protect their people, devices, apps, and data, enabling employees access from wherever they are using whatever device they have. This is no longer achievable with traditional perimeter-based protection architectures. The Zero Trust cyber security model is based on the principle of “never trust, always verify”. Any access is verified, inspected for anomalies, and then monitored for risky or unusual behaviour patterns, regardless of location or device. It integrates security, compliance, identity management, and networking solutions into a tightly woven protective virtual mesh that enhances security transparently to the end user. To kick off the Zero Trust series, our expert panel below will discuss various aspects of Zero Trust, strategy, and implementation, moving beyond the why and into the how. They will each share their different perspectives from someone who has implemented Zero Trust, someone who helps organisations implement Zero Trust, and Microsoft who supply the technology for Zero Trust. They’ll share their insights on: The main principles of Zero Trust and their different perspectives on how organisations can implement correct processes and procedures Key benefits and challenges of adopting a Zero Trust strategy How to get started on your Zero Trust journey and how Microsoft can support you. Register your spot now. If you’d like to check out the other sessions in this series, click here: Zero Trust series.
